About our Bronx non-profitDedicated to helping our community thrive.

A 501(c)(3) agency bringing behavioral health, housing and employment support to underserved neighbors.

It started with unmet needs.

We saw real gaps in our community's social safety net, and we answered them one person at a time through coordinated services.

Then

We began by providing crisis intervention to people in difficult circumstances, without paid staff or adequate office space.

Today

Our team of psychiatrists, psychotherapists, primary care physicians, and housing and employment specialists provides essential human services to combat poverty and homelessness.

Our mission

To provide compassionate behavioral health services, low income housing opportunities and financial stability.

We mobilize communities to address medical and mental health challenges, chronic homelessness and economic disparity.

Our vision

  • Help every client and participant reach stability and self-sufficiency.

  • Expand our services to all five boroughs.

  • Develop an Employment Training Center for clients and community organizations.

  • Work closely with landlords and brokers to secure apartment buildings for our clients.

Change, and a sense of self-worth.

That is the mission we were founded on, to support and strengthen resources for underserved communities.
